I'll miss you, Summer

Summer ended today, maybe. For many of us it ended yesterday, but for me I'm not sure yet. It didn't feel like autumn. And it's not going to feel no matter if my hands and feet are cold at night, or if at eight o'clock gets dark. In my mind summer it's still going to be there just for another month.

Of course I didn't get to do everything I planned, but at least I'm free now. I can do whatever I want. It's not like I have something in mind, actually I gave up some of my plans. Not worth it :)) I guess we all find ourselves in the position to realize something's not worth fighting for. 

I didn't get a chance to say hello to summer properly, and I'm not sure if I want to say goodbye. I read somewhere (actually on facebook) that the worst thing is to get a glimpse of chance just to realize you're fooling yourself. I disagree. When chasing a dream, no matter if you achieve it, if you can fight even a little, even for nothing it's worth it. Yeah, maybe some things are better off where they are, but until you try you never know what's best. 

Things happen for a reason - no. It's just time that passes fast and some situations that connect, the rest is as special or mundane as you let it be. If you want to learn something from it, it's your decision. Of course, we often choose to forget, to let go...

I try not to believe in destiny, because it doesn't always go the way you want it, and if you're convinced something should happen and it doesn't, you might fall of track.

Ever met happiness?

 

Sadly, there are people who don't know how to live. They don't appreciate the little things in their lives, they don't understand the essence of happiness. Dreams are the most beautiful things on earth. And a dream that comes to life it's pure paradise.

I invite you to enjoy the deepest joy in your heart. Don't ask me to tell you what could that be, because you're the only one who truly knows. Reach for your dreams like you would've already achieved them. It's so simple to be happy. Why refuse the best offer that the world has for you? And don't say that now things aren't going so smoothly, because this is just the beginning of the changes that are going to happen. You feel at your best when you reach the light at the end of the tunnel, but why not see the light now? Why don't you look in front of you and see the good things that await to be taken. 

Life it's easy if you believe it. Life has a lot to offer and we are only a part of it. Imagine how it feels when it's complete. Take a little time for yourself and imagine perfection. How good does it feel perfection(the way you understand it)? Don't think that you don't deserve it. You deserve the best, trust me, but only if you want it. 

If you haven't seen it, I recommend you the movie "The Secret". It's a documentary about positive thinking, and not just that, it's the explanation of why people are successful and how good things come into our lives. Of course, you have to make a little effort to think about the things that you like, that's the key, to concentrate on what you want, not on what you hate.

Freedom and Euphoria

Outside it's a lovely evening. The sun is long gone and I am losing myself in time. Memories flash back like an old movie. And some of them are not even memories at all, are my dreams.

I am waiting for summer impatiently and this night especially, and the music in my ears reminds me of freedom. Those moments when you can run, when you can hide, when you're laughing, and it doesn't matter if only one friend is beside you, it matters that you are the world. I am the world!

No matter how much you've cried, how much you've lost, you are free now! The whole world kneels before your eyes. It's one of those nights when you are happy no matter what lies ahead. The universe is looking at you with joy, and the stars are slowly appearing on the dark blue sky. Freedom is not yours. You are freedom!

No one can understand your euphoria, no one can win against your laughter, and start to imagine who knows what reason why are you like this. Only if they knew... only if they knew that you have no reason at all! It's just you escaping from reality, from this everyday nightmare. Now, you're living your own version of life. 

There is no more wrong or right in the world, there is no more suffering, just art, music and beautiful meaningless words. Beside this euphoria side of yours, there is something that bothers you, but for now you have buried it deep inside. Don't let it come to light, not now that the night has just begun.
